Common Symptoms
MDS often develops slowly, and symptoms may be mild at first. Recognizing these signs early is important.
- Persistent fatigue and weakness
- Shortness of breath
- Pale skin or pallor
- Frequent or unusual infections
- Easy bruising or bleeding
- Petechiae (small red spots)
